TGIF

So I didnt make it to the gym yesterday at all... zip nada nothing... I was so busy trying to wow 2 multi billion dollar corporations that I put my me time on the back burner..

I did go this morning, 30 mins cardio... 45 mins circuit.. I was running late, I had to pick up honey his nonfat sugarfree white mocha and drop it off,, while i was drinking my americano with a smidge of half and half... ( I will not give it up, nor will i eat those disgusting builderbars that keep showing up in my bedroom, I am waiting for a post - it note to be attached on one , with a loving little message that says EAT THIS NOW) Dating a healthnut/gym rat does get irritating at times.. Its not romantic to be asked "baby did you eat enough fiber today?" and my favorite.. " your a little grouchy let me mix you an electrolyte drink.. It should make you feel better" I really dont think my supposed lack of electrolytes are making me grouchy.. oh well he means well.. Oh back on the gym this morning... so I did it, I worked out.. came to work.. and ate a maple bar.. :) oh yes.. a maple bar.. ( I am glad Dustin does not know about this blog) and its potluck day at the office.. But tonight I will be eating brown rice at the mongolian grill... to make up for it..

I am also in training for a triatholon in june.. this is what started this fitness crap.. so Sunday i am hitting the pavement and going to try to work on my 5 mile wog.. ( walk/jog) and of course i am still going to the gym..... I have 3 hours to go and 2 days to do it in.. And my Son will be at my aunts this weekend.. so i might have time to exceed the 8 hours..
