Who ever said that working out in the morning will give you a natural high for the rest of the day, must have smoked a little crack after working out, I have yet to feel the endorphines that are supposed to be released when I crawl out of bed at 5:15 and head straight to the gym to work out at least and hour and a half prior to work 5 days a week..
I have a minimum goal of 8 hours at the gym a week.. I cannot fall below that, otherwise it is a waste of time.. I joined a gym 2 weeks ago, not the all girl chubby gym, but an actual gym-gym.. where my ass does not look good in the latest workout wear unlike the perfect bodies running circles around me on the treadmills. Since I refuse to be discounted as the chubby girl, it motivates me to work so much harder.
There is great motivation at home, The love of my life is a gym rat.. ( diffrent gym-dont want tooooo much together time) He tries to motivate me the best way he can, always stating that I am perfect the way that I am, and if I dont want to do this I dont have too... ( god I hate that) So now we are in this strange competition of gym time.. If he does an hour, I will do an hour and half.. we do diffrent things of course. Lets face it I dont want 20 inch biceps...
But Im happy.. Its Tokyo Tuesday.. Hunter, Dustin and I have a sushi date every Tuesday.. How great is that???
I really need to get back to work...
Oh yeah.. down 4 pounds and 3 inches.... 36 more to go...
